On the 23th september 1999, the placing in orbit of the space probe Mars Climate Orbiter failed!
And yet, all had started well:
10 h 41 (English hour): the placing in orbit starts
11 h 01: the engine of 640 Newtons of push is fired
11 h 06: the radio signal of the probe disappears, as envisaged, because the probe is behind Mars
11 h 27: the technicians and the engineers of NASA retain their breath, but the radio signal, so much awaited, does not come .....
