Chess activity

September-October 2008:
I told the story about the popular myths of chess and then asked my pupils to guess the number of grains placed on the last square. Then, on a big chessboard, they had to write the number of grains of wheat in each sqaure. Of course, the calculator was not allowed.

All pupils learned how to play chess and registered on the website MatPat.
